Bokun integration

Bokun handles the booking. The website controls the button, the speed and everything the customer sees before checkout.
Bokun scripts loaded on every page add seconds of load time and hand you a button you cannot brand.
How we work together.
Where Bokun scripts load and what they cost.
Custom triggers, deferred widget loading.
Full checkout on iOS, Android and desktop.
Purchase events and abandonment reporting.
Outcomes & Stack
Common questions.
Can we keep our own button design?
Yes. Your button opens the Bokun widget; Bokun never dictates the styling.
Does this work with FareHarbor or Rezdy?
Yes, the same approach applies to those widgets.
Will this slow down page load elsewhere on the site?
No, the Bokun script is deferred until a visitor actually opens the widget, so it does not affect the rest of the page.
Can you customise the checkout steps shown to the customer?
Within what Bokun's widget allows, yes. Anything beyond that needs the full API integration.
Do you support multiple Bokun channels or resellers?
Yes, reseller and channel setups can be reflected in how products are presented on the site.
Why hire a freelancer for bokun integration instead of an agency?
You work directly with the person doing the work. There are no account managers, no hand-offs between departments and no agency overheads built into the quote, so decisions are faster and budgets go further.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. I work remotely with businesses across South Africa and internationally, with clear written scopes, regular progress updates and a staging link you can review at any time.
How do I get a quote?
Send a short brief through the contact page describing your goals, timeline and any existing systems. You will get a written scope and fixed quote before any work starts.
