MVP and product strategy

MVP and product strategy service preview

The goal of an MVP is evidence, not features. I help cut scope to the single hypothesis worth testing, then build it properly enough to survive real users.

Founders overbuild version one, spend the runway and still learn nothing about demand.

FAQs

Common questions.

Do you take equity instead of fees?

Occasionally, for a small number of projects. Default engagements are fixed-scope and paid.

What happens after launch?

Most founders move onto a monthly retainer for iteration, or take the codebase in-house with documentation.

Can you build the MVP alone or do I need a team?

I can build it solo end to end, and bring in specialist help only where a project genuinely needs it.

Do you help with fundraising materials?

I can support technical due diligence and a demo-ready product, though pitch decks are outside scope.

What tech stack do you use for MVPs?

Usually Laravel or Next.js with Stripe and analytics baked in from day one, chosen for speed and later scalability.
